About the Role

As a Client Relations Associate at CommonSpirit Health, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with healthcare providers and organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading healthcare organization and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities with healthcare providers, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and physicians.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication and follow-up procedures.
  • Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute a yearly business plan for the region, including strategies for exceeding established budgets and goals.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate data on customer relationships and referrals to inform business decisions.
  • Community Engagement: Represent CommonSpirit Health in relevant professional organizations and community events.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of related sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical field.
  • License: Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
