Role Responsibilities:Reporting to the Senior Director of B2B Performance Marketing, the Senior Manager, Account Based Marketing will oversee DailyPay's B2B strategic account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. You will collaborate with our sales team to pinpoint target accounts, design tailored campaigns, and facilitate the progression of high-value accounts through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate will possess a background in ABM, experience in close collaboration with sales, and exhibit strong strategic, content, and communication skills. The ability to navigate cross-functional teams in a dynamic growth environment is essential.

Key Contributions:- Develop account-specific strategies: Customize marketing approaches to address the distinct requirements of top prospect accounts, supporting lead generation (MQLs), pipeline (SQLs), and revenue goals.
- Create tailored content: Design a persuasive content and messaging strategy that aligns with specific account needs. Collaborate with product marketing and the DailyPay studio team to produce and disseminate content for the appropriate audience and marketing channels.
- Implement multi-channel campaigns: Utilize intent-driven marketing technologies and systems to prioritize and personalize outreach to target accounts across digital platforms such as display, social media, email, web, and video.
- Engage with stakeholders: Foster collaboration with the strategic sales team, including establishing joint objectives for key DailyPay employer prospects.
- Collaborate across functions: Work alongside the marketing and sales teams (Sales, Revenue Marketing, Studio, Brands, Marketing Ops) on ABM initiatives, and manage regular progress updates.
- Evaluate ROI: Compile and analyze ABM performance metrics and outcomes. Adjust strategies based on data and sales feedback to achieve target KPIs.
- Oversee budget: Adhere to the established marketing budget, monitor all vendor invoices, and coordinate with finance.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation Marketing or a related field, preferably in a scaling team environment.

Pay Transparency: DailyPay adopts a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary based on geographic location. Salary ranges are categorized by geographic tier, and this role may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options.
