Account Executive Associate

Job SummaryWe are seeking an Associate, Account Executive to support our sales team by performing general sales activities such as customer follow-up, brand support, maintaining relationships with buyers, inventory send-out, order confirmations, and managing an account base.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the development and maintenance of tracking sheets to monitor and analyze sales by style and by customer on a weekly basis.
- Analyze customer purchase histories and current sales records to identify sales trends and suggest potential actions to account executives.
- Track and update regularly the status of POs, shipments, inventories, and ATS.
- Accept, input, track, and follow-up on orders in the system.
- Coordinate preparation of showrooms for buyer appointments.
- Write and manage production orders for stock and special make-up.
- Update ATS for weekly send-out.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Production, Design, Operations, and Planning.
- Manage current and incoming new samples from factories.
- Manage account base from start to finish.
- Work with buying teams on projections for the season.
- Send out ATS and take orders.
- Manage orders with regards to delivery issues, extensions, and oversolds.
- Work with all departments on account needs, including Design, Planning, Production, etc.
- Run in-person and virtual meetings with accounts.
- Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Highly detail-oriented and meticulous.
- 2+ years of related experience and/or training in wholesale apparel sales.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
