About the Role

The Dietary Support Associate will be responsible for assisting with food/meal preparation, maintaining cash receipts and meal records, and completing daily reports. You'll also contribute to maintaining high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
  • Assist with food preparation, including cooking, baking, and plating.
  • Maintain accurate records of cash receipts and meal transactions.
  • Complete daily reports, including food production and sales data.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A Food Service Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
