Patient Care Associate

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Tech to join our dynamic team at CarePartners Health Services. This key position plays a crucial role in supporting licensed nurses in providing high-quality patient care, focusing on the physical and emotional needs of patients during their hospital stay.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various delegated tasks, including:
- Taking vital signs and documenting patient information.
- Assisting with mobility and transferring patients safely.
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates for this position should possess a strong foundation in basic nursing skills, effective communication skills, and a compassionate approach towards patients. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with prior experience in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
