Facilities Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Needham Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC, energy management, building automation, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, painting, equipment maintenance, and general construction practices.
  • Troubleshooting and assessing issues with facilities equipment, communicating possible solutions to supervisors.
  • Tracking and responding to work orders using our work order system.
  • Managing vendors and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Essential Skills:
  • Knowledge of maintenance and facilities operating procedures.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
  • Flexibility to work occasional night and weekend shifts.
Salary and Benefits:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Competitive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
