Key Responsibilities

The Senior Associate role in Corporate Functions Technology will provide you with the opportunity to manage your daily tasks while collaborating with dedicated professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing innovative products, developing strategic product roadmaps, translating design specifications, and creating prototypes.
  • Applying architectural principles of software and computer systems to integrate enterprise applications such as Oracle Cloud HCM, AWS Application Integration, and Workday HCM Cloud.
  • Producing documentation and database reports to facilitate analysis, data exploration, and informed decision-making using tools like Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI reporting, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Constructing ETL pipelines to cleanse and transform transactional data through Python, Alteryx workflows, SQL, and UNIX shell scripting, ensuring robust real-time reporting capabilities.
  • Enhancing data delivery and operational governance through Oracle Cloud-supported integration patterns, including HCM Extracts, Oracle BI Publisher reports, REST API, and SOAP web service protocols, in compliance with data management standards.
  • Providing mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

A Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems, along with three years of experience in software development utilizing Python, Alteryx, SQL, OTBI reporting, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, SOAP, REST API services, Workday HCM Modules, Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Report Writer, AWS Application Integration, Tableau, Excel, and JIRA. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.


As a condition of employment, successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and complete a background investigation, which may include a credit check for certain positions.
