In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through customer success strategies, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive customer success plan that aligns with Reality Defender's overall business objectives. This includes building a high-performing customer success team, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring strong initial impressions with prospective customers.

You will work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leveraging your expertise in customer success to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer success, with experience growing accounts through systematic expansion and retention strategies. In return, Reality Defender offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. * Developing and implementing a customer success strategy that drives revenue growth and expands existing customer relationships.* Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.* Identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.* Building strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and becoming a trusted advisor to the business.* Developing and executing successful customer success strategies that drive business outcomes.* Utilizing customer data to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve customer success processes.
