Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our team at The Hertz Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service that exceeds customer expectations and promotes customer satisfaction and retention
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and strategies
  • Work closely with the management team to analyze customer feedback and improve service
  • Ensure that all corporate policies and procedures are administered and followed by all staff
Requirements
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales
  • Valid driver's license
  • Rental car experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
