Position Overview

As a Corporate Finance Analyst at Latitude Inc, you will collaborate with essential stakeholders to enhance the financial operations of the organization. Your focus will be on managing budgets, forecasting, conducting monthly financial closures, and reporting processes, along with supporting various business initiatives, particularly in the areas of supply chain and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with departments to create comprehensive operating budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Generate reports to evaluate the primary factors influencing month-end close discrepancies.
  • Support senior management with ad hoc analyses to identify trends and opportunities within the organization.
  • Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of current and new programs, formulating strategies to enhance or further utilize these initiatives to meet corporate objectives.
  • Engage with decision-makers and business units to monitor metrics related to project objectives.
  • Produce insightful analyses of operating expenses, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability regarding expenditures.
  • Develop financial models to assess cost-benefit and return on investment for proposed initiatives, assisting management in informed decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting principles.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a comparable finance/analytical role.
