Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and sustain comprehensive financial models to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
2. Generate and evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance and trend analyses.
3. Aid in the formulation of yearly operational budgets and ongoing forecasts, collaborating closely with departmental leaders and executive management.
4. Deliver valuable financial insights and recommendations to bolster strategic initiatives and business choices.
5. Track essential performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate organizational performance and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
6. Work alongside cross-departmental teams to collect pertinent data and information for financial assessments and reporting.
7. Assist with special financial projects and initiatives as required, such as ROI assessments, scenario analysis, and financial modeling.
8. Remain informed about industry trends, market shifts, and regulatory updates that could influence financial performance and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline; MBA or CPA preferred but not mandatory.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
3. Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical processes.
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
5. Exceptional analytical capabilities with a strong focus on detail and precision.
6. Ability to articulate complex financial concepts and analyses to non-financial audiences.
7. Proactive approach with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
8. Strong organizational abilities and the skill to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
