About the Role

This is a critical position that bridges the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that our SAP platform aligns with and supports Fujifilm's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP manufacturing, logistics, and quality control functionalities.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
  • Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
  • Conduct workshops to collect business requirements.
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
  • Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Design, and test manufacturing, logistics, and quality control processes.
  • Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions.
  • Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting software problems.
  • Document functional designs and test cases.
  • Proactively propose business process and system enhancements.
  • Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects.
  • Act as a bridge between business functions and the technical team.
  • Offer ad-hoc training and user support as required.
  • Work independently and may mentor junior team members.
  • Coordinate and support resolution of critical tickets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of business working experience in a technology function in manufacturing business process.
  • 7+ years of relevant SAP Solution experience in SAP manufacturing, logistics, and quality control.
  • Understanding of accounting business processes.
  • Deep project management skills with capacity to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Knowledge of biotechnology or biopharma industry regulatory context (GxP).
  • Accepts ownership, and exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods.
  • A highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong humility, listening, creativity, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and in overcoming ambiguity.

  • Up to 30% travel expected (domestic US).
  • Ability/experience to work in a multinational, multicultural business environment.
  • Experience in SAP S4HANA preferred.
