REQUIRED SKILLS:

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Systems Analyst/Business Analyst to assist in the design and delivery of solutions that meet business objectives for our eCommerce initiatives.
Team Dynamics:
The ANA IT team is crucial in enhancing the usability of technology products for our customers across North America. This group collaborates closely with leadership to identify and propose opportunities for ongoing enhancement.
You will be part of a diverse team including Developers, Solution Architects, UI/UX Designers, SCRUM Masters, Product Managers, and Systems Analysts, all dedicated to advancing technology in the market through Agile practices.
This team focuses on our eCommerce products and the technologies that underpin them, particularly in cart and checkout functionalities. You will collaborate with global team members within an Agile framework. In this capacity, your analytical skills will be essential in designing and maintaining our Path to Purchase products.

Essential Skills and Background:
To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are important:
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and the technical team to analyze and document requirements in user stories.
- Experience working on an Agile team.
- Curiosity and quick learning ability.
- Familiarity with eCommerce products, particularly cart and checkout functionalities, is a plus.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
- Ability to respectfully challenge traditional working methods.
