GXO Logistics is seeking a skilled Warehouse Management Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the relationship between Operations and IT, ensuring clear communication and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and configure WMS systems to meet business needs
  • Research and recommend process improvements to management
  • Communicate changes and modifications to management
  • Determine project scope and identify system issues
  • Assist with translating user requirements into functional requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in logistics system implementation
  • Distribution/warehousing experience
  • Experience with WMS, order management applications, and database systems
