Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst I to join our Tribal Applications team located at the Carl Albert Service Center.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide remote technical support to end users on a variety of application issues, including bug fixes and training
* Respond to requests for technical assistance with applications managed by Tribal Applications Management
* Assist with identification, research, and resolution of application related issues
* Document, track, and monitor application issues to ensure timely resolution
* Responsible for daily completion of service incidents and user provisioning tasks
* Assist with custom application installations for new users as needed
* Assist with updates to existing and implementation of new services within third-party solution(s) as needed
* Utilize all necessary systems for job functions
* Work closely with business analysts, support analysts, quality assurance analysts, data engineers, and IT partners in a virtual team setting to implement solutions

* High School, GED or Equivalent

* Bachelors Degree in directly related field

* Standard Driver's License
* Pass general background check
