Client Services Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team at AmplifyBio. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of study designs and associated price quotations, as well as collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop study designs and price quotations in collaboration with the business development team and clients.
- Work closely with the Client Services team to achieve departmental goals.
- Manage data across multiple software systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft Project, and PowerBI.
- Assist with data reporting for executive team members.
- Create and manage study design templates.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Act as an internal and external client liaison.
- Lead qualification as needed.
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree or higher in a business management or scientific field.
- Minimum 5 years of scientific experience in pre-clinical/clinical/research.
- Experience developing price quotes is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external clients.
