This position involves working as part of a cohesive team to provide an outstanding experience for guests at a family-friendly restaurant. Key responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, answering questions about the menu, and explaining offerings in a helpful manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Greet guests promptly and thank them upon departure
  2. Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when needed
  3. Acknowledge guest transactions accurately and accept payments with efficiency
  4. Upsell relevant services or products to enhance the customer experience
Key Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with guests effectively
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure while working efficiently during peak periods
  • Friendly demeanor with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
