Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Focus Services, you will be responsible for fielding inbound calls in a professional manner, focusing on customer retention, responding to and resolving customer questions, researching possible solutions to customer issues, selling/up-selling products on customers' accounts, and de-escalating upset customers. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple applications/screens, and utilizing your skills in PC and keyboarding, numerical and analytical skills, and effective communication with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in PC and keyboarding skills, with the ability to multi-task through different applications/screens. You should also have the ability to type 25 wpm, possess good numerical and analytical skills, and be able to communicate effectively with customers. Additionally, you will need to be proactive, willing to work in a high-stress environment, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
