Position Overview

We are currently in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant for our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our practice, ensuring that all patients and visitors receive a warm welcome and that our environment remains organized and serene.

This position requires a proactive individual who is willing to assist with various tasks, from managing patient communications to handling administrative duties. Your primary focus will be on all incoming inquiries via phone, text, email, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient appointments through our Electronic Medical Record System based on incoming requests.
  • Engage with patients via our CRM through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Address basic inquiries, facilitate pickups, and manage shipping needs.
  • Provide essential pre-appointment information to patients.
  • Handle payment processing and collections.
  • Assist with any additional information coordination required pre or post-appointments.
  • Maintain front desk operations and possess comprehensive knowledge of our services to respond to inquiries.
  • Record and manage patient data, scan results, and related documentation accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with patient privacy regulations to safeguard medical records.

  • Physical stamina to manage standing for extended periods and lifting items as needed.

  • This is a full-time, in-person role.
