  • Supervise and coordinate all sales team activities to achieve sales goals and metrics.
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Establish and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Train and evaluate sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit top-tier talent and develop a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership qualities, negotiation skills, and excellent written and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software.
