Key Responsibilities- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for our SaaS applications. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analysis and Documentation/Solution Design: Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement. Create detailed business and functional requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to integrate business requirements into user experience and screen design. Provide insights into user behavior and preferences to enhance the usability and visual appeal of our SaaS application.
- Testing and Validation/Change Management: Work with QA team members to develop and execute test plans to ensure that our developed solutions meet the business requirements. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and work with stakeholders to resolve any issues.
- Project Management Support: Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication/Data Analysis and Reporting: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and effective communication. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Business Analyst, preferably within a SaaS or software development environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS business models and architecture. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Experience with requirement management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
