Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily office functions
  • Oversee inventory of office supplies and ensure cleanliness of communal areas
  • Welcome and assist visitors to the office
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
  • Perform scanning and filing tasks
  • Execute bank deposits as needed
  • Assist Human Resources with scheduling meetings and interviews

Work Schedule:

Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (on-site) with a 1-hour break.

Summer Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM; Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM.

Peak Season: 55-hour work week, including Saturdays, with overtime compensation.
