Position Overview:
Ascendo Resources is seeking a diligent Administrative Operations Coordinator for a direct-hire opportunity within a reputable professional services firm. This role demands a meticulous and proactive individual who excels in high-pressure environments, particularly during peak operational periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily office functions
- Oversee inventory of office supplies and ensure cleanliness of communal areas
- Welcome and assist visitors to the office
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
- Perform scanning and filing tasks
- Execute bank deposits as needed
- Assist Human Resources with scheduling meetings and interviews
Work Schedule:
Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (on-site) with a 1-hour break.
Summer Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM; Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM.
Peak Season: 55-hour work week, including Saturdays, with overtime compensation.

Qualifications:
