Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at SeHi Inc. as an Outside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your exceptional sales skills to identify and pursue new business-to-business sales opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Develop and Deliver Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Close Sales: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Track Record: A proven track record in sales or related fields, with a strong understanding of business-to-business sales principles and practices.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industry practices is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Independent Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Professional Development: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this role.
