Primary Responsibilities:
As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the back-of-house operations, which includes:
1. Hiring, training, and developing staff.
2. Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
3. Creating work schedules and preparing labor budgets.
4. Handling cash management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Maintaining the high standards of food quality and service that we are known for.

You will need to maintain constant communication with your team and management, ensuring that information flows efficiently throughout the organization. Upholding cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant is paramount, along with enforcing our brand policies and procedures consistently.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to:
- Stand and move for the majority of their shift (up to 12 hours).
- Work weekends and holidays (up to 50 hours per week).
- Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Navigate inclement weather conditions.
- Operate kitchen equipment effectively.
- Communicate proficiently in the primary language of our guests and staff.
