Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the back of house operations, including recruitment, training, and team development.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Create staff schedules and prepare labor budgets.
- Handle cash management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Guarantee that guests receive the high-quality food and service that defines our brand.
Effective communication is essential, as you will need to interact regularly with staff, management, and corporate teams. Daily email checks and clear direction are crucial for maintaining operational efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant, ensuring that all systems, policies, and procedures are enforced consistently. You will also be responsible for upholding cleaning, maintenance, and quality benchmarks.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move for the majority of the shift (up to 12 hours).
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays (up to 50 hours per week).
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Prepared to commute in various weather conditions.
- Proficient in operating kitchen equipment such as grills and dishwashers.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language of our guests and team members.
