Position Overview: AWP Safety is actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to pursue a fulfilling career as a Traffic Management Supervisor. This role is ideal for those who excel in varied environments and are looking for a vibrant career path without needing a college degree.

Required Qualifications
TCS Certification (ATSSA / CCA) or 4000+ verifiable hours required Minimum of 2 years of experience in Traffic Control TMA Driver certification Familiarity with client-driven schedules Valid Driver's License Ability to stand for 8-12 hours daily Capacity to lift 50-60 lbs Experience working in various weather conditions and traffic environments Must successfully pass pre-employment screening, including a drug testWork Environment and Physical Requirements
The candidate must effectively manage the physical demands associated with this role, which include:
Variable hours based on staffing needs and workload. Typical workweek of approximately 50 hours. Predominantly fieldwork. Exposure to outdoor conditions, including inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and dust. Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving vehicles, and various extreme conditions at construction sites. High noise levels in work environments and job sites. Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.If necessary, the role may require standing for extended periods and performing strenuous physical tasks under challenging field conditions; the employee may need to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
