Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Records Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all daily clinical records functions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of documentation regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement clinical records policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records systems
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Protect patient confidentiality and maintain the integrity of clinical records
  • Supervise and direct clerical personnel as needed
Requirements
  • Prefer at least three years' experience in clinical records management, preferably in hospice care operations
  • LVN/LPN license preferred, but not required
  • Information systems knowledge required
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct clerical personnel
