• Utilize MRP/ERP software systems, preferably AS400, to plan and schedule orders, ensuring on-time delivery and inventory turnover goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify capacity constraints and optimize production workflows.

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance planning and scheduling processes.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 and AS9100 procedures, maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy in all activities.

• Manage and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to management and the production team, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of MRP/ERP software systems and AS400 experience a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and data.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management processes and New Product Introduction (NPI) work orders.
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of planning/purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment or 10 years with an AA degree preferred.
