Project management certification is preferred (e.g., CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe).

JOB DESCRIPTION:


The Marketing Solutions Project Manager (MSPM) plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of prioritized initiatives as outlined by dedicated planning sessions and communicated by the Marketing Solutions Lead.

This position demands exceptional project management, organizational, and communication abilities.

The MSPM will work closely with the Marketing Solutions Lead to ascertain project timelines and deliverables, while also collaborating with cross-functional team members to create comprehensive project plans, tasks, and progress updates.

Daily responsibilities include providing project status updates to the Marketing Solutions Lead, participating in daily check-ins, and facilitating project-specific meetings such as kickoffs, workshops, and reviews, while managing all project documentation.

The project manager will establish the project workflow and ensure a smooth process from initiation to delivery and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on prioritized projects and initiatives.
  • Develop project schedules and workflows.
  • Identify project requirements and assess technical feasibility.
  • Manage client interactions, including kick-offs, reviews, and approvals to ensure timely progress.
  • Create and maintain thorough project documentation.
  • Oversee project timelines and milestones to consistently meet or exceed expectations.
  • Review client change requests and provide feedback on schedule, effort, and budget implications.
  • Present creative executions and gather feedback.
  • Advocate for the interests of the business unit in cross-functional interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage previous materials or guide business partners to self-service options.
  • Provide consistent project status communications to both business units and dedicated team members.
  • Ensure all reports, milestones, and tasks are updated in the project management tool for the Marketing Solutions Lead.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent people and project management skills, including project plan development.
  • Strong resource management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional marketing disciplines (content, paid media, web, multimedia).
  • Understanding of the video production process is preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
