About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Master Data Management (MDM) & Customer Data Platform (CDP) Developer to join our Customer Data team at Tailored Brands Inc. This individual will lead the development and implementation of our Master Data and Customer Data Platform, ensuring seamless integration with various data sources and enhancing data-driven decision-making capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and operationalize Master Data Management platform using IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Advanced Edition v 12.x (IBM MDMv12) and its modules.
• Adjust the Probabilistic Matching Engine (PME) of IBM MDMv12 as per Business Needs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical architects to customize IBM MDMv12 modules of Real-time MDM APIs, Duplicate Suspect Processing (DSP), Survivorship, Notification Framework, and Extension Framework.
• Perform data remediation, manipulation, and analysis of data sync issues between MDM and integrated systems.
• Support and optimize our Master Data Management (MDM) platform to ensure seamless data integration, processing, and analysis.
• Develop, manage, and optimize our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to ensure seamless data integration, processing, and analysis.
• Develop ad-hoc reporting based out of IBM MDMv12 data needed for Operational Reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience with specific CDP platforms like SimonData, HighTouch, Segment, or Similar CDP Platforms.
• Knowledge of machine learning and data analytics.
• Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies.
• Proven experience as a Lead Developer or in a similar role, preferably within the retail or apparel industry.
• Strong expertise in CDP platforms such as HighTouch, SimonData, Epsilon, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud-based data storage like AWS & GCP.
• Knowledge of Snowflake Data Warehouse for setting up Data Pipelines.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau & Micro Strategy.
• Experience in the apparel or retail industry.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools like Salesforce.
• Experience with API integrations and web services along with data cleansing.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Data Privacy and Security Standards like CCPA, CRPA, & GDPR.
• Strong understanding of database modeling and database technologies (SQL & NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
