Job Summary:

As a Senior Software Development Team Lead at Data Systems Integration Group, Inc, you will be responsible for leading a small team of software developers on various projects. Your primary focus will be on guiding the team by providing and enforcing best practices, as well as exercising advanced technical and procedural knowledge. You will work closely with project managers to resolve technical issues and meet with clients to resolve ongoing technical issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for sharing client knowledge with managers to help them pursue new business leads. The position requires a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and twelve months of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java/J2EE, Cobol, Oracle, MySQL, and DB2. Travel and relocation to various locations throughout the US may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a small team of software developers on various projects
