Key Responsibilities- Manage and drive the profitable growth of designated accounts within the designated area of responsibility
- Develop and execute Account Development Plans in close collaboration with colleagues in sales, operations, quality, marketing, and innovation
- Ensure that customer visits are efficiently planned and carried out with the right level of quality and on time
- Exploit, sell, and deliver packaging solutions to customers, taking full ownership of the sales pipeline process, including customer contact and engagement plans to create and build strong multi-level customer relationships to win new business and ensure profitable sales
- Negotiate new customer contracts in line with NA FP guidelines and in close collaboration with the NA Sales Director and internal stakeholders
- Monitor, report, and address competitor activities in the designated geographic area
- Support finance in forecasting volumes (tons/Th) and margin (CM1)
- Actively promote and sell new products and services
- Utilize and continuously update existing CRM- and BI tools to register and report on customer visits, status on business opportunities, and next steps
- Contribute to the overall positive development of the NA FP sales team, informing, collaborating, and utilizing the capabilities of the full team
- Develop and deliver individual sales budgets in close collaboration with the NA FP Sales Director
- Proactively drive and implement price increases in line with NA FP guidelines and requirements
- Drive value selling, price, and deliver packaging solutions accordingly
- Present developed Packaging Solutions to customers and visualize the value created, meticulously applying the FP Commercial Handbook principles and ensuring that customers perceive Klöckner Pentaplast as the leading Packaging Strategist in Food
- Deliver results in line with the defined sales budget
- Maintain and deliver on the targeted customer pipeline activities
- Deliver profitability in line with budget
- Work proactively to continuously develop your own skills and that of the NA FP sales team
- Business- or Engineering degree
- Strong drive for results, willingness, and excitement to seek and win new business
- Ability to develop and challenge customers, development, and solution-oriented with the desire to sell solutions rather than focus on price
- Positive and optimistic, pro-active, and demonstrates a positive and team-oriented approach to solving challenges
- Organize and able to prioritize and take educated decisions
- A strong analytical thinker, takes time to do proper analysis of customer needs, customer value proposition, and makes educated commercial decisions

- Excellent IT skills: Excel, Power Point, Teams, Salesforce, and/or any other CRM, SAP-BW, and Power BI
- Strong business acumen and Account Management experience
- Preferably 5-7 years of account management experience with 1-2 years' experience from Food Packaging/Food Science
