Join Hennessy Auto Group as an Automotive Service Attendant As a key member of our team, you will be the initial and final point of contact for our customers, playing an essential role in ensuring a remarkable customer journey. Your Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients who are arriving to drop off their vehicles.
  • Efficiently maneuver customer vehicles to facilitate smooth traffic flow in the service area.
  • Transport vehicles to designated locations as required.
  • Prepare vehicles for service by installing protective covers and floor mats.
  • Uphold the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the dealership, including the showroom and parking lot.
  • Support vehicle sales efforts by managing vehicle displays and maintaining their condition.
  • Thoroughly wash, vacuum, and polish vehicles to ensure they are in pristine condition.
  • Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operation.
  • Provide shuttle services for customers when available.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
What we expect from you:

  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.

  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role involves working both indoors and outdoors across the dealership premises. You will frequently move around the facilities and the outdoor vehicle lot. Regular duties include standing, walking, and sitting. Attendance is crucial, with shifts potentially including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
