Position Overview: Systems Sales Coordinator
The Systems Sales Coordinator at Proconex is integral in assisting systems sales engineers through effective administrative support. This role necessitates exceptional organizational capabilities, adeptness in software applications, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer purchase orders and change orders utilizing IFS ERP and online platforms.
- Facilitate project hardware orders and ensure precise communication within the systems.
- Assist sales engineers with quotations, order processing, and project management.
- Streamline processes to minimize administrative burdens.
- Oversee project administration and maintain pertinent documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, factory staff, finance, and internal teams.
- Prepare training course quotations, manage registrations, and coordinate training logistics.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and manage portal access.
- Handle product inventory, shipping, and documentation preparation.
- Generate reports on order status, manage document control, and execute customer service responsibilities.
- Maintain customer data within factory systems for ongoing support.
- Respond to inquiries and oversee customer portal management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in sales administration and database management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
