Job Title: Field Training Audiologist

GN ReSound is seeking a highly skilled Field Training Audiologist to join our team. As a Field Training Audiologist, you will play a critical role in providing product and software training to customers, increasing their knowledge, skills, and familiarity with our ReSound product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer training and support sales of all products within specified geography
  • Needs analysis and provide appropriate training solutions for accounts
  • Represent ReSound at national, state, and regional meetings, including Consumer Education Seminars, Open Houses, and CEU Seminars
  • Provide consultative resources to help develop business growth and interact with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Technical Support, and Research & Development to ensure a quality customer experience
Requirements:
  • AuD or PhD in Audiology; Master's Degree in Audiology considered
  • Current state license in Audiology
  • At least two years of hearing aid dispensing experience (post externship)
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time (3-4 days/week average)
Working Environment:

Field-based position with extensive travel by air, auto, and train
