Key Responsibilities
  • Source and lease apartments from various properties to meet client demands.
  • Build and maintain relationships with apartment communities to ensure a seamless leasing process.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for new clients and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage reservations from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Facilitate the completion of necessary documents to finalize agreements and close deals effectively.
What You'll Focus On
  • Growing your specific market and increasing unit count strategically.
  • Serving as a reservations specialist, ensuring seamless transactions for clients and properties.
  • Driving bottom-line growth through pricing, lease term negotiations, and unit growth.
  • Generating new business leads through relationship building, local marketing, and sales to exceed market goals.
  • Providing quick and accurate responses to large volume, time-sensitive requests, ensuring clients are taken care of and winning leads.
  • Being the National liaison for clients, vendors, customers, and all things regarding lease agreements.
  • Developing strong sales, presentation, and communication skills to sell our corporate housing solutions.
  • Achieving or exceeding our guest satisfaction scores.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with local outside salesforces.

Requirements for Success
  • Proven experience in an Inside Sales Position, Apartment Leasing, or Hospitality/Hotel role is preferred.
  • A successful candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to market and sell existing inventory to maximize occupancy.
  • Ability to respond to incoming leads within 2 hours to maximize winning chances.
  • Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to think futuristically and creatively in providing options, sales solutions, and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's Degree is ideal but not required.
