About the Role

Mindful Care is a leading provider of urgent mental health services, seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Senior Mental Health Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality psychotherapy services to our clients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and micro-therapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to inform treatment decisions and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in regular supervision and peer review to maintain high standards of practice and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services, aligning with Mindful Care's mission and values.
  • Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and adhere to relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA.

Requirements

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and Connecticut.
  • Excellent communication, patient care, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Strong clinical skills, with experience in providing individual, group, and micro-therapy services.
  • Desire to work with diverse populations and a commitment to delivering culturally sensitive care.
  • Bilingual or American Sign Language (ASL) skills are a plus.
