Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team of clinicians in providing a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in need. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality mental health services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services that align with Thriveworks' mission and values
- Master's or doctoral degree in a field related to mental health (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
- Licensed to practice as a mental health professional in the state of Connecticut
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
