Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 010. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients, as well as collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Document client progress and treatment plans, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participate in regular clinical staff meetings and training sessions, staying current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) and on-track to obtain licensure in designated field.
  • Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
