You will be responsible for managing calendars and schedules, handling communications, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for team members.
  2. Handle incoming communications, including calls, correspondence, and other forms of communication.
  3. Organize and maintain files, records, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  4. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  5. Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  6. Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  7. Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and mailing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
