Talent Acquisition and Development Manager

The Talent Development Manager plays a critical role in building a skilled, motivated, and high-performing workforce at ASUS Computer International. This position is responsible for sourcing and recruiting new talent, as well as developing existing employees to meet the organization's current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, social media campaigns, and employee referrals.
- Talent Development: Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs, training and development initiatives, and performance management processes to enhance employees' skills and career growth opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast talent needs, develop workforce plans, and promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
- Relationship Management: Work closely with department heads, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand talent needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to track recruitment and development performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of combination of talent acquisition, compensation, workforce planning, learning development, and analytics experience.
- Certifications: Master's degree, PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required.
- Office Environment: Typically works in an office environment, requiring sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods.
