Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and investigate payment arrears in the portfolio, coding debtors accordingly to determine the next steps in the collection process.
  • Communicate with debtors via telephone and written correspondence to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Manage debtors and arrears processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Review and process quality adjustment requests, adhering to company underwriting guidelines.
  • Collect payments and terminate accounts as necessary, maintaining a thorough file history for decision-making purposes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in collections, customer service, or sales.
  • Knowledge of the leasing and finance sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in French or Spanish is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
