We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales and Leasing Manager to join our team at Havenpark Communities. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and leasing efforts across multiple communities, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Leasing: Own the entirety of the sales process, including marketing available homes, maintaining a positive presentation of the homes, and managing closings. Support local Sales and Leasing Agents in any task in the sales process, including administrative or strategic elements of selling homes.
- Marketing: Manage all marketing and advertising events to attract potential residents, evaluate marketing efforts, and adapt to ensure success in occupying vacant inventory. Complete market surveys regularly to research competitor home pricing and incentives.
- Resident Relations: Cultivate resident satisfaction within your community, execute successful follow-up of recent resident move-ins to ensure resident satisfaction.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property management
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and a problem solver
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
This position will require long hours of sitting while using office equipment, as well as walking within the community and lifting materials and supplies from time to time. Travel is approximately 75% of the time, and you will be required to maintain relationships with staff and residents.
