Regional Manager

SBM Management Services is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead our team. The Regional Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policies to ensure compliance with contractual duties between the company and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage costs and revenues to meet company financial goals, including expanding business, negotiating with customers, reducing operating costs, and adjusting schedules or processes.
  • Coordinate and direct operations to carry out contractual responsibilities and achieve profitability, meeting customer expectations and creating customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by implementing comprehensive safety programs, recognizing employee contributions, and providing training.
  • Manage and retain a qualified staff, ensuring they are satisfied with their position and compensation, understand their role, and have a clear line of sight to company goals.
  • Travel is required for this position.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university, with 5-8 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • May require a valid driver's license.
  • Active/Transferable DoD TS Clearance is preferred.
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
