Leidos is seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team in Columbia, MD. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing complex hardware systems, designing and implementing hardware solutions, and providing technical expertise to support the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop hardware systems that integrate with other hardware and software components
  • Analyze hardware specifications and system requirements to conceive and document practical designs for hardware components
  • Provide recommendations for hardware acquisitions and prepare functional requirements and specifications for hardware acquisitions
  • Conduct site surveys, assess and document current site network configurations, and develop hardware installation schedules
  • Train site personnel in proper use of hardware and prepare installation guides, field test procedures, and troubleshooting guides

Requirements:

  • Fourteen (14) years' experience as a Hardware Engineer analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline from an accredited college or university

Security Clearance:

Must possess active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance to be considered for this role.
