We are seeking a highly skilled Campus Accounting Specialist to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and verifying financial records, as well as preparing financial and statistical reports for a subset of assigned campuses.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and post journal entries with supporting documentation.
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly.
- Review financial statements for proper accounting treatment of revenue and expense items and provide commentary on historical trends in financial performance.
- Engage with campus and home office leadership regarding monthly financial results.
- Generate ad-hoc reporting and assist management with interpretation and analysis of such reports.
- Participate in process efficiency projects and contribute to a solution-oriented mindset.
- Prepare audit schedules and other reports for internal and external auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
