About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Senior PFAS Practice Leader to lead our PFAS consulting business in the US West Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and leading technical capture strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our PFAS consulting services
  • Identify new opportunities and lead technical capture strategies to secure new business
  • Collaborate with AECOM's Environmental Business Line (EBL) Growth Team and other BL leadership to specify growth objectives and develop detailed tactical action plans
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key contacts in leadership across client organizations
  • Represent AECOM at national conferences and identify opportunities for technical talent to present at conferences
  • Support AECOM's PFAS technical practitioners and academic or commercial partners in delivering meaningful research to address PFAS fate and transport, treatment, and risk-related challenges
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Direct PFAS experience
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and PhD in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting and remediation system design, 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training, and proficiency with Microsoft Office
