Senior SEC Reporting Specialist

Our client, a leading Real Estate Investment Trust, is seeking an experienced Senior SEC Reporting Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting and compliance with SOX regulations.

About the Company

We partner with a fast-growing company focused on acquiring and operating single and multi-tenant industrial properties.

The company has entered into a strategic partnership that provides them with nearly $500M of capital to pursue acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct technical accounting research to support complex transactions and ensure adherence to GAAP.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audits and resolve technical accounting issues.
  3. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  4. Support M&A activities with financial due diligence, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in public accounting or industry.
Compensation and Benefits:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus bonus, 100% company-paid medical and dental coverage, and unlimited vacation time.

Three days in office per week in Boston's Financial District.
