What Does a Client Relations Supervisor Do?
The Client Relations Supervisor serves as the welcoming face of our community, ensuring a positive first impression for residents, clients, prospects, and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Exceptional Service:** Our primary focus is to deliver outstanding service that meets and exceeds the expectations of our residents.
- **Proactive Engagement:** Anticipate and address the needs of residents, promptly following up on inquiries and concerns.
- **Attention to Detail:** Maintain accurate reservations and conduct thorough suite inspections prior to guest arrivals to uphold our brand standards.
- **Effective Communication:** Engage with residents and guests through various channels, including in-person interactions, ensuring clear communication with internal teams regarding operational matters.
- **Organizational Skills:** Oversee daily property operations, including managing key cards, logging packages, and coordinating check-in and check-out processes.
- **Team Collaboration:** Foster positive relationships within the team, contributing to the achievement of our business objectives.
- **Community Knowledge:** Provide residents and clients with local insights and recommendations.
- **Luxury Representation:** Assist in sales efforts by warmly welcoming prospects and serving as a point of contact for corporate clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in face-to-face customer service is essential.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, corporate housing, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- Problem-solving skills to proactively address resident concerns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate of $26-$28, with potential for additional bonuses based on performance.
