About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Ally Pediatric Therapy. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing treatment plans for children with autism, providing supervision and training to staff, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and oversee implementation of treatment plans for children with autism
  • Provide supervision and training to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality services
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment
  • Manage and develop competent and engaged staff while collaborating with others
  • Ensure that manager check-ins and quarterly scorecard reviews occur regularly, feedback is solicited and provided, and performance is reviewed and managed for direct reports
Requirements
  • Must be licensed and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Individuals who are 2-3 months away from sitting for their exam are encouraged to apply
  • Must be physically able to perform direct and supervision sessions
  • Must be able to administer a variety of assessments and write treatment plans
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card
  • Must complete 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
